We have reserved a room block at Hampton Inn Glendale. Please book your stay by September 11th to guarantee a room in our block. Mention the Loper/Engelbrecht wedding while booking to receive our reduced rate.

For our out of state guests; the closest airport is General Mitchel (MKE). You may be able to find flights at either Midway or O'Hare in Chicago. If you choose to fly into one of those airports it is about a two hour drive to Milwaukee.

Our dress code for the wedding is casual. We ask that guests wear dress pants or khakis, paired with a collared shirt. Alternatively, sundress or a floral-printed mini dress would be appropriate. Feel free to reach out to the bride or groom if you would like more specific examples!

We would greatly appreciate if guests could join us in wearing colors from our pallet! The colors in the picture below are examples of common fall floral/nature colors. You are welcome to wear different shades of these colors; we just ask to avoid extra bright/neon shades.

The average temperature in Milwaukee in October for a typical day ranges from a high of 59°F to a low of 45°F. Please feel free to bring a shawl, blanket, or jacket to wear during the ceremony and at the end of the night if that will help you to stay comfortable.

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.
